# OUR MISSION
Eco-Luxury Cosmetics for a conscious beauty.

designed to give our customers a healthy, conscious and sustainable beauty, transforming the daily beauty routine into a real sensory and emotional experience.
"A'rangara" is the Calabrian dialectal name for the orange tree. Our natural cosmetics come from the sunny citrus groves with sheer drops to the sea below, in the enchanting landscape of the Jasmine Coast (Costa dei Gelsomini).
Citrus fruits are cultivated by our farm according to the organic regulation, based on respect for nature's balance and biodiversity for over three generations. Our cosmetics, the richness of our products and the ZEROMILES production system originate from these deep roots in the land.
The bond with the Calabrian land, the heart of Magna Graecia, and its cosmetic traditions are the very essence of our brand, Arangara.

#CHILD'S MEMORIES

his is Arangara: a story of love, a story of a child's emotion that has transformed into respect for the land and for its cosmetic traditions, a story of fascination, passionate pursuit of beauty and correspondence of amorous senses between man and nature.
Starting from the cosmetic tradition of Magna Graecia and from the fruits of the Calabrian land, each product is made with love and passion; still today, the mother of the founder of Arangara, (Giovanni Zappavigna) participates in the production of soaps and cosmetics.

#THE TRADITIONS OF MAGNA GRAECIA

Oil and lye are two essential components of saponification process whose secrets were probably learned by the Arab population, who knew them perfectly. This is how the soap has become a part of the tradition of the Jamsine Coast (Costa dei Gelsomini) over the centuries. For a long time it was considered a “poor” product, born from the peasant custom of transforming and giving new life to food waste such as olive oil, no longer suitable for consumption. But its tradition has been handed down and refined, until reaching the contemporary families that still today make the soap using “old” olive oil and aromatizing it with citrus fruits or officinal herbs.
